Replaced heat exchanger and secondary assembly on Trane 90% furnace
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Carrier Furnace from 1991 was not operational due to a faulty Thermostat. Replaced the Thermostat with a Honeywell Digital Non-Programmable Thermostat, and the Furnace was fully operational.

Conducted Spring PM on the AC system. Checked refrigerant levels, electrical components and cleaned condenser. AC was fully operational at departure.

Upon arrival the Tech. found the Carrier AC System from 1998 inoperable due to a blown 35+5 Capacitor. Replaced the capacitor and Chemically cleaned the Condenser. The AC System was fully operational at departure.
Replaced condenser fan motor and capacitor
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Carrier AC System not operating due to low refrigerant levels. Charged the unit with 2 lbs. of R-22 Refrigerant. The AC system was fully operational at departure.
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Goodman Ac system operating properly. Inspected refrigerant levels, all electrical components , thermostat, supply temperatures and supply air volume. Cleaned the Condenser and advised the custoemr that the 2-1/2 ton unit is onyl designed for a 15-20 degree difference from the ambient temperature. Customer is trying to attempt a 64 degree set point.
Upon arrrival the Tech. found the Carrier system not operating properly due to a faulty Capacitor. Replaced the 45+5 Capacitor. The AC was fully operational at departure. *The AC system's badge has worn off, so we are unable to get the model and serial number of the AC unit.*
