Upon arrival the Tech. found the Heil AC system not operating properly due to the unit being low on refrigerant . Added 1.5 lbs of R-22 Refrigerant. the AC unit was fuly operational at departure.

Upon arrival the Tech. found the Condensate Drain had been installed improperly, allowing the condensate water to leak onto the Furnace..
- A Condensate Pump will need to be installed to allow for property draining of the Condensate Water from the AC System.
(6/10/19) The Tech Installed the Condensate Pump and 3/8" Drain Tubing.
- During the installation, the A-Coil Drain Pan separated for the A-Coil due to the metal being rusted through.
* The AC System is an Amana R22 System from 1997. Based both upon age, as well as condition, replacement of the AC System is recommended.

Upon arrival the Tech. found the AC system not operating properly due to a dirty condenser coil and low refrigerant level. Chemically cleaned the condenser and added one pound of R410-A refrigerant. The AC system was fully operational at departure.
