Lennox 13ACX-036
Upon arrival the Tech. found the Lennox R410A AC System from 2014 was not working due to having Low Refrigerant in the AC System. An Electronic Leak Test was performed, and leaks were found at both the A-Coil & Condenser. * After checking with the Manufacturer we found both Condenser & A-Coil are beyond the 5-Year Warranty, therefore, we recommend replacement with a Lennox 3-Ton 13 SEER (R410A) Condenser, a matched 3-Ton A-Coil, and, Set the Condenser on the existing AC Pad, then Pressure Test, Pump into Vacuum, and Check that the AC System is at Manufacturers Refrigerant Specification.
