Upon arrival the Tech. found the Condenser Top/Grill was taken off the Nordyne (R22) Condenser from 2005, and a couple of screws are missing. The Fan Blade is damaged, and has damaged the inside of the Condenser Coil, but no visible signs of oil/leaks at this time. The Condenser was re-assembled to check operation, and it was determined that both the Condenser Motor & Fan Blade need replacement, as the unit is jumping up and down while it is running. We pulled the disconnect so the Resident would not continue to run the System. The 2nd Option would be to replace the 2-1/2 Ton AC System as it is an R22 System from 2005. Please forward your approval, and advise how to proceed.
