"Whether it's a repair, annual maintenance, or a new/replacement system -- for radiant heat, boiler or furnace...
LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Fair price, responsive, someone you can trust, and treats each job like he's working on his own house!
We have a 30+ year old boiler/radiant heat system that has needed annual (or more!!) repairs and Bob at B&B has been extremely helpful...after working with a number of different boiler repair/maintenance companies, we found B&B to be EXCEPTIONAL to work with -- We immediately felt difference of knowing this was someone we could trust - responsive, honest and knowledgeable...felt like we were dealing with our 'Uncle'...
Ultimately we were at a point where we could keep replacing parts and having repairs done or 'bite the bullet' and replace the system, he provided a few different options, cost & benefits of each (NOT the most expensive one for his profit!!!) and said 'if it was my house...' in a way that we knew we could trust!
Bob provided a free temporary replacement part which got it working until the new system came in. He warned us that removing old one could be a messy proposition, but again, he took the time to protect our house as if it were his own, they were quick, efficient and got the job done faster than promised and our house looked like no one was ever there!
Highly recommend you give Bob and B&B a call if you are in need, you won't be disappointed!"

"We had to replace a non-functioning radiant floor boiler system that was incorrectly installed by the previous owner. B&B was quick to respond and had someone out the next day to look and provided a quote the same day.
They replaced all necessary elements and the new system is working beautifully. They were very communicative, polite, and kept the work space clean both as they worked and when they were complete.
To cap off this high praise, the owner called me the next to both verify everything was satisfactory, but also letting me know we were accidentally overcharged, and we will be expecting a reimbursement for the overage, so I can't speak highly enough of their quality of work, professionalism, and honesty. "

" Jose did a fabulous job of cleaning our furnace. We have had other people in and out of our house within ten minutes while Jose spent nearly an hour here. The only problem that we have is that our April aire humidifier cover has damaged during the installation of our new air conditioner 6 months ago, and no one has brought the part to repair that yet. We are still waiting for that."
